When confirmation classes are offered at United in Faith, they are typically attended by sixth through eighth graders. This is their opportunity to claim as their own the promises that their parents and sponsors made during their baptism. Confirmation students often study the Bible as well as Luther's Small Catechism. The curriculum is based on the "Echo - The Story (Youth) a Sketch Journal" series from Augsburg Fortress. The three year program culminates in a confirmation ceremony (Affirmation of Faith) that celebrates their entry into adult congregational life. Classes will be scheduled as needed.
