United in Faith Lutheran Church believes that
it has positive opportunities to offer beyond our membership. Through
the Outreach Ministry we enable our church to enhance our visibility
to the surrounding community and extend a welcome for participation.
Working with other ministries within our church, the Outreach
Ministry has canvassed the neighborhood and distributed flyers
announcing some of our activities, which includes the Annual Block
Party.
Our effort to reach out to the surrounding community includes communication to local businesses, schools, government agencies, neighboring religious organizations, other not-for-profit agencies, and local newspapers.
