As a community:

We are a Reconciling in Christ congregation that welcomes and values each person regardless of background or situation and shares God’s gifts with all; invites all to experience the word of God, communion and the promise of the risen Christ; and, encourages all to participate fully in our ministries.

We accept all people regardless of the choices they make.

We celebrate all people.

We invite people from outside of our congregation into an experience of the love of God.

We experience children and youth inviting others to worship and youth events on a regular basis.

We share in the faith development of children through a Sunday School model that encourages all worshipers to be teachers, small group and intergenerational ministry, and a spirit that welcomes the gifts of every child.

We are committed to faith-growth experiences for children and youth such as mission trips, youth gatherings and summer Bible camp.

We regularly welcome seniors for a nutritious meal and companionship.

We sponsor a Seniors Club that meets monthly.

We support a lay team that visits and distributes communion to homebound members of this congregation.

We provide daytime worship, fellowship, and service opportunities.

We value and seek to use the gifts of all people.

We seek to care for people in crisis.

Furthermore, we envision in the future:

Small groups program to nurture and care for all confirmation and high school youth.

A place where parents find support and parents and their children talk about their faith.

A place where leaders are trained and supported.

Opening our doors to care for and teach children during the week.

Greater opportunities for older participants of this congregation to share their faith with other generations.

Facilitating transportation to church activities for those in need.

Celebrating the gifts of a lifetime!

A place where people find faith based support for the transitions in their lives.

Ministries for specific age groups, including young adults and adults, based on their unique spiritual needs.

Ministries that cross generational lines so that all may serve together.
